Now 173 (Was 232) on Tripadvisor: Hotel Indigo Naperville Riverwalk, Naperville. I also used the fitness center, which I was told is open 24/7, on both nights.their machines worked well, there was fresh water to drink and towels to use, and a great giant wall of windows for a view outside. I was able to order dinner from two very close restaurants within walking distance and eat lunch under a tree in the shade each day at the Riverwalk as this hotel is in the perfect location of downtown Naperville and the Riverwalk. The bed was quite comfortable I slept mostly peacefully all night with the exception of the growling sound that came from the nearby fridge every time it kicked on (ear plugs and my phone's fan app fixed that though). The bathroom was small but workable however, had a heavy door that would never stay open unless a towel was shoved in front of the door. It had a balcony with a view of the river however, the floor board under the doorway to the balcony was all broken/torn up and the actual door handle to the door was also very loose. The room was nicely appointed and spacious. I was disappointed to find that my room was almost directly across from the elevators, which meant that my afternoon and early evening relaxation time was often disrupted by the sound of all the traffic coming and going mixed with loud talking to each other and the dinging elevator sounds. The staff member checked me in and gave me instructions on how to get to my room (cross the bridge, hold the room key up to the black circle on the elevator, etc.). Thankfully there is free parking in the attached parking garage on the second floor where you can just unload and walk directly into the beautifully decorated lobby. The room was a bit pricey, especially with a random $30 "additional charges" charge (which I regretfully forgot to ask about upon checking in), but it was worth it for my first visit here. I reserved a king room with balcony more than three months prior to my stay.
